Another Bad Day at Lab...... Mum is hospitalised

This time it’s the lab supervisor, or should he even be addressed as one?

He is irresponsible (late for labs)
He is condescending (think the worst of everyone)
He has a god-damned bad ass attitude.
He doesn’t know his stuff well (always had to rely on the lab techs to help)
He is an UGLY, FAT, FRECKELD-FACE OGRE
(ok, I admit the last point has nothing to do with being a lab sup)

I had spent so much time and effort on this lab cos its my formal lab report, in the process, forgoing sleep, some lectures and tutorials. In the end, think the ogre dun know how to appreciate better stuff ( I din overdo my stuff, wat I did was stipulated in the lab manual).

An analogy on what happened:
You registered for Japanese Language Level 3. You studied and worked hard for the exam. Then during the exams the supervisor saw that everyone had not studied up till level 3, so the paper was changed to level 1 instead. with 10 minutes remaining in the exams.

What the hell is this? Everyone had a lousy 2D graph, I had a nice 3D graph and you say you want me to change my graph to 2D because you cannot read it? What can I say? You are a damned useless lab sup, cannot differentiate between caviar and ikan bilis

All my efforts were not recognized, and I had to stay back after the lab to edit my stuff, just to accommodate the lower standards (it is a programming lab, so changing from a long and complex program to a much simpler and shorter program still takes a bit of time)

Anyway, I think probably my 8-characters have a clash with lab modules this semester. Already have problems in all 3 modules:

E370 = Lousy lab partner from hell (can we send him back there?)
E372 = Useless and ultra lousy lab sup
E371 = Missed a lab due to me taking the wrong timetable (ok this is my fault, all thanks to the mouse’s scrollwheel. Just when I was going to print my timetable, I accidentally touched the wheel and the timetable for this lab switched to the next class. Damned suay)

Mum is hospitalized

Sis messaged me a few days back, saying mum was running a high fever and the doc suspects it to be chicken pox. Then I called mum and she told me she saw a doc and she feels ok already.

Just a few hours ago, sis called me to ask me to coax mum to see doc again. Then the next message I got from sis is that mum is hospitalized in CGH for dengue fever.

Mum went to work during this few days even though she is sick. Dad and sis asked her to go see doc again but she refused to. I dun understand why she hates to see the doc so much so (apart from the bill as a major factor) until she have to wait until things get serious. Its not the first time she is like this already.

Is money really that important until you are risking your health for it?

Anyway, I’ll be going down to visit her tomorrow after I finish my lessons. Hopefully nothing bad comes out of it…
